Sunlight is a very important source of energy. As spring is approaching we are getting more and more sunlight.So we should spend more and more time outdoors.Sunlight has various health benefits also.

Hippocrates, the father of medicine, said that if you have a city that is properly oriented toward the sun you don’t have so many diseases in it,”.According to Dr. Manson-sun exposure enables the skin to create nitric oxide, which lowers blood pressure and improves cardiovascular health.It also provides us Vitamin D or Sunshine vitamin.
